Sooo here’s the deal!
All you have to do is measure your waist or wherever you want them to sit comfortably (measuring tape - dollar tree).
When measuring make sure you start from 0 not 1 (in inches) or beads will be one inch too big.
Make sure to send your address, size, and the color you want! You can add all of these items in the “notes” section at the end of checkout.
I always recommend to measure it either right above your belly button (weight lose accountability if you’re trying to slime down in your belly) , right under your belly button, or right on your hips. I have one in each area.
